1) The operator must be familiar with the operating essentials of the hydraulic component control mechanism; Familiarize yourself with the relationship between the rotation direction of various hydraulic component adjustment knobs and changes in pressure and flow rate, and strictly prevent accidents caused by adjustment errors.
(2) Before starting the pump, the oil temperature should be checked. If the oil temperature is below 10 ℃, it should be run without load for more than 20 minutes before loading and running. If the room temperature is below 0 ℃ or above 35 ℃, heating or cooling measures should be taken before starting. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the oil at all times during work. During normal operation, the temperature of the oil in the hydraulic system oil tank should not exceed 60 ℃; The oil temperature in the hydraulic system or high-pressure system oil tank of the program controlled machine tool should not exceed 50 ℃; The temperature rise of precision machine tools should be controlled below 15 ℃.
(3) Hydraulic oil should be checked and replaced regularly. For newly put into use hydraulic equipment, the oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after about 3 months of use. In the future, cleaning and oil change should be carried out every six months or one year according to the requirements of the equipment manual.
(4) During use, attention should be paid to the working condition of the filter, and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced regularly.
(5) If the equipment is not used for a long time, all adjustment knobs should be relaxed to prevent permanent deformation of the spring and affect the performance of the components.
